Is LTC (and ETH, and half-BTC) supposedly not decentralized according to this?

I would say so, kind of half way there. Giant centralized mining operations on specialized hardware make it not that decentralized.

"Not that decentralized" != "not decentralized" Monero does not need to go the path of bitcoin maxis - trying to promote its own coin by shitting on everything else seems like a losers' strategy :( IMHO, if you wanted to show contrast with not decentralized coins you could have just used XRP, BNB and all the others truly centralized coins instead.

I did not make the graphic so relax. Decentralization is not on or off, it is a spectrum.
