'Strains' Umm, what part of cease is confusing here? They bombed, the fire has definitinally not ceased, this language matters, the deal is broken, not strained; and again, as always, the IDF and Isreali leadership 'negotiating' these agreements were the first to violate it. Just say Isreal is not honouring these ceasefires, and never had any intention to, it's a strategy for them and is more of a "you don't fight back" treaty.
