Trump addressed the deadline in a Saturday, April 4, Truth Social post, writing, "Remember when I gave Iran ten days to MAKE A DEAL or OPEN UP THE HORMUZ STRAIT. Time is running out."

The deadline is now expected to expire on Monday, April 6.

We'll see if today ends up being "one and a half" and April 6th ends up being "one and a quarter".
