I made a makeshift strop out of some old denim and applied some chromium oxide paste to it. This morning I used it to touch up this edge, and I definitely noticed an improvement in the smoothness of the edge. The first pass very much felt like I was just wiping hair off my face.

Very close shave with a bit of irritation in the usual tricky spots.
