I haven’t had a TV in my bedroom in over 20 years. I had an ex who always wanted it on all the time, even to sleep to, and it drove me crazy.

I have a... less than smart TV hanging upside down in my bedroom. I only used it to watch The X-Files in there using my Steam Deck when I brought my second Maine Coon kitty home. I don't even think I have a remote for it. Figured some time in there would be good so she can start to smell like the house. She tucks me in when I go to bed every night so I did something right. TV is still there but has not been used in a few years. Since it is hanging from the ceiling it is easily forgotten and out of the way.
