I only really go to work for 1/2 of my workday every day, but still feel pressure by how much time my job takes out of my life, is there a disability-level diagnosis I can get here? Or a grant or something?

i mean yeah it might legit be worth looking into, i have autism and i've been outright told that i shouldn't expect to be able to work more than 50%.
