I usually get up at 3:30. It's really early.
With a week's worth of growth, you'll have a magnificent shave!
Somebody think of the sink!
Thatβs wild, I donβt think I could function with that schedule.
What time do you normally sleep?
I usually go to bed at 8:30 or 9. I'm not saying that I'm functional that early. Shower, shave, drive to work then breakfast and coffee at work. :) Ten hour days so I get all Fridays off.
Your schedule is my goal. I'm also 10 hrs/day, M-Th, but usually I get to bed around 10 or 11 and get up at 5. I used to work 11AM-7PM so this has been a huge adjustment for me. How do you handle meal times? I feel like eating late dinner is maybe the #1 thing holding me back from adjusting my sleep schedule more successfully.
I try to eat dinner around 6 but it only happens a few days a week. I've stopped sleeping in on the weekends. That's helped with setting the routine and making it easier.
