Though really he should be in a prison on the world's best healthcare to keep him alive and in a cell for as long as humanly possible.
Even even better, since that pesky slavery thing is still around, let’s make him work at mcdonalds and pay for his own medical care from what little he earns. Even copays.
I mean we little people are supposed to be able to do it with rent and food and stuff as well, surely he can do -just- medical, right?
I was thinking more of a "I have no mouth, and I must scream" kind of scenario where no matter how much he wants to die we keep him alive to suffer more and more humiliation and grovelling.
Don't feed him McDonalds like he wants, make it a veggie Burger King Whopper liquified in a slurry with a full sugar coke once a year to celebrate his removal from office.
