Well it is a global capitalist system... the rich bow in accordance to their debt to other nations. It is about leverage. Yet it seems India is thinking twice about its allegiance to some. This is why some celebrate the idea of isolationism which is only a short term solution to a bigger problem. We can not exist as we do without international trade. So we are kinda in a modern day pickle. So the commies like to dig out the root. The usa is the head of the global cartel. India will choose a side then assume its debt.
