It's been one year since the illegal Trump tariffs were put in place. Almost everything you buy is more expensive now. There are less manufacturing jobs in the US now than there were a year ago. There are less factories in the US now. You didn't get a Tariff rebate check. Other countries have started making trade deals between each other and avoiding US goods.

Even here in the UK who shot ourselves in the foot by voting to leave the EU with the hope of closer ties to the US has pretty universally seen the benefits of closer ties with Europe.
