Is it possible to view removed posts in the modlog, I mean the content of it?

There was a really stupid question lately, which got removed, but nevertheless I would like to see the response to it before it got removed.

Generally you can't. You can see the truncated comments in the modlog itself, but not the posts. You can try to find an instance that doesn't yet deleted your post (it takes some time to propogate to all instances), but it's a witch hunt.
