It's not a blockade. It's a quarantine. stop listening to what they say and not what they mean! (For legal reasons)

The news media has been overtly incompetent here. As you say, it is not a blockade.

If it was a blockade, then the Russian ships would be stopped. Since it is not a blockade, only an idiot would expect the Russian ships to be stopped.

And after the media circle-jerking each other into falsely calling it a blockade, the media is surprised that the ships are not stopped by the "blockade".
