I was referred to this sub and told to share my picture. I got most of these at local rock swaps.

Grab a rock off a sidewalk and go from there, like those "traded a pen up to a car" stories lol

I've seen agates in landscape rocks in front of offices even.

Think rock flea markets put on by the local mineralogical clubs. I generally just swap cash.
