What is a ruin? We’re running off of “You know it when you see it” at the moment. Ruins should be non-functioning structures of some age, or their function reduced to tourism and the like.

Does that count as a ruin? Seems to be standing strong.
It's chipped away in spots, and certainly no longer in active use as a fortress. You're right that it is overall still in fantastic condition though!
