Like, maybe? She could also just be a jerk. It is hard to know without social cues on context.
It wouldn't be too difficult to figure out. Ask her what it is about the writing makes her think that, and the tone of her response will at least confirm or rule out jerk. If jerk is ruled out, fess up to it and see what happens.
That's how I lost mine. Was at a small gathering and we were playing, "Never have I ever." The question came up and I took a drink. Later a girl who tagged along with another friend got her friend to give her my number and later asked if it was true.
I said yes, and she asked, "would you like to change that?"
And I was a skinny lanky socially awkward white kid who could barely talk to girls.
