I mean. I don’t see the problem here, their already dead
because there's also a ton of living people who could have their fat taken to make them healthier so some weirdo can inject it into their body.
They can also have their fat taken and not put into anyone though
If I were to have liposuction done and that fat was used for someone else or turned into candles, have I been harmed?
I agree this is completely pointless, but the risks are no different than organ donation, particularly living organ donors.
