240 km from the North Sea to Wevelgem near the French border (Tourcoing). And the usual detour into the bergs after mid-course.

The men race arrives before the women race (which is 100 km shorter, starting from the finish city, going to the bergs and back).

As the race belongs to the Flanders Classics company, we cannot get information without registering an account. So:

2025: Pedersen (🇩🇰 Lidl-Trek) alone, Merlier (🇧🇪 Soudal-QS) and J. Milan (🇮🇹 Lidl-Trek) winning a 40-50 men peloton sprint.
2024: Pedersen (🇩🇰 Lidl-Trek) beat Van der Poel (🇳🇱 Alpecin), the peloton's sprint is won by J. Meeus (🇧🇪 Bora).

But Pedersen🇩🇰 won't race this year.

It's a dumb name, alright. It's Gent-Wevelgem, and the sooner they return to that name the better.
