My mother developed an allergy to Roundup that she thought was celiac until she discovered that organic bread didn't bother her at all.
celiacs would be easily tested with gluten blood test, or a intestinal biopsy if symptoms are present. did she test for those? i was tested for it, eventhough my demographic is not susceptible to it, its not a routine test.
