So people live in HOAs because....afraid to live near brown/black people? Why would anyone buy into this?
Kinda racist to assume the nice neighborhoods don’t have black and brown people. There are no options in the nicer neighborhoods. Either you live in the ghetto filled with white crack heads or you live with an HOA.
