I have a subset of this problem where I think I might be faking imposter syndrome so that people will think I actually know what I'm doing.

you know what feels scary? i spent a lot of time on the stage in my 20s. i know how to bullshit authoritatively on like anything. i only use that skill on my wife and my brother i get along with, because bullshitting at each other in a Bet You Won't Yes And This competition is really fun.
