An internet search should find articles if they're out there. The burden of proof is on the accuser. Why should anyone else go looking for evidence for your claim? I'm open to learning something new, but unless you provide data I'm done with this discussion. Bye.

I mean, I have the wealth of knowledge I do because when I'm suspicious of someone's position I research it myself instead of having a rando spoon feed me wrong or biased information like an LLM.

Plus, I like proving people wrong.

Sure, I do that too, but not every time. And I hate how easy it is to spread misinformation just by making stuff up. The "do your own research" crowd is lazy and destructive. Citing sources should be the bare minimum for dramatic accusations, especially when the person is claiming their knowledge comes from articles in the first place and not personal experience (in which case they should share that as anecdotal evidence) or giving some other reason why a source isn't available. Then we have a starting point for a discussion and further research.
