I have no personally noticed the price of rice increasing, but my wife cut it out to have a lower carb diet. But food prices have gone up here without a doubt.

As per the Carnegie report y'all have the largest food trade deficit in the region, so the situation's likely to worsen.

This was an interesting read. When I go to the grocery, most fruit has a sign that shows which country it comes from. A lot of stuff is coming from China.

I have noticed that the peso is weakening vs the dollar. Only slightly, but it might be the start of things.
