Well, I guess all of that is achievable, except the last one. You can't force trust. Everyone will know that US is forever one election away from another insane president.

Cant go back to doing something you never did in the first place. Epstein has been operational since the 00's, probably back to the 80's but history is admittedly my weak point. Trump didnt pop into existance in 2016 either.
