Russia is too busy getting their ass handed to them by Ukraine, a country about ten times smaller than they are. They should shut the fuck up on matters of war.
Or anything, really.
Ukraine's population is about 40M. Russia's is 143M. Still a big difference, but not an order of magnitude different.
According to your stats, by population Russia is over 3x the size of Ukraine. According to land mass Russia's 17 million km² vs Ukraine's .6 million km² is 28x larger.
Regardless of the metric, it's a big difference.
