Its typically within a month of Fedora updating their version. Fedora releasing a new version doesnt invalidate the old version so there really is no RUSH to get the new stuff. Nobara is ahead of fedora in gaming packages getting them from source.
Anyway plasma 6.6 only came out a month ago. If you want packages within a month of release you should probably be using arch.
