I though most all the set manuals are available online. Just scrape together the spare pieces or get them individually. Bet you it’ll be a lot cheaper than that.
This is the way.
If you don't need the sealed box in mint condition, just buying the parts on Bricklink or wherever is way cheaper.
Cheaper than 19k meaning below $100? Or a few hundred $?
