Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Limit of two posts per person per day.
- Bots aren't allowed.
- Banned users will have their posts removed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I've been using the same blade for like 8 years.
Safety razor for the win, plus I'm lazy about shaving anyways. Clean and dry the blade immediately after each use and it'll last damn near forever ๐
I usually change mine within a year but I let i air dry.
I might shave with the razor every 3 months or so, so of course mine lasts quite a while. May I suggest though, you should use rubbing alcohol and toilet paper or paper towel to clean and dry the blade after each use. It'll last a lot longer without rusting.
it does not rust but when I am using it it is twice a week so I guess my one year is your 6 years.
I use mine at least once a week these days, used to be almost daily for a long long time. Light skin and very dark hair, I get 5oclock shadow before noon.
I used to rinse the blade real well, then hit it with a hair dryer for 10 or 20 seconds, blow all the water off and heat it up so it dries extra fast. Never rusted, blades lasted forever.
These days my tap water is almost 130f, so I just rinse it real good, get it hot, then I shake the crap out of it, and do a single reverse swipe on a towel for each side. Seems to do the trick for me ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I've got a box of feather blades that has been lasting for years. I also use a straight razor too, but they require much more skilled maintenance.
