long pink dress with red hearts Is this too casual/bright/cold for a dinner/drinks event in a rooftop restaurant on a Friday night?

What kind of event? What dress code?

  • If it’s “casual”, that’s fine
  • If it’s “smart casual”, it’s borderline, but may be OK depending on the crowd
  • If it’s “semi formal” or “cocktail”, it’s not appropriate
  • On the other hand, if it’s a jazz restaurant, that’s absolutely perfect

Definitely not too bright.
