Uploading [160 TB of] Pirated Books via BitTorrent [for profit] Qualifies as Fair Use, Meta Argues
If billionaires can massively pirate EVERYTHING in bulk for profit, why individuals can't pirate a single item for personal consumption?
Because we don't want our internet turned off, and there are no competitors to switch to.
Jesus fucking Christ, I didn't realize they uploaded and were able to convince people that's fair use. Torrenting copyrighted content legal now I guess?
