He was the best part of Burn Notice.
Not exactly a high hurdle, but he definitely cleared it.
Yes 100% this. Mike was decent, Fiona was a bit cringe most of the time, but he was really amazing. He was the comic relief character but also had a decent mix of seriousness too. The mom was decent but he is definitely #1.
In fact I only really know him from Burn Notice and didn't even realize most people know him from Evil Dead.
