Except the Cyberpunk setting (as in Cyberpunk 2077, Edgerunners, and the TTRPG that they were based on) does. The Bozos faction.
Notable characters include Ozob Bozo, clown with a grenade for a nose in Cyberpunk 2077.
Don't believe the facepaint is for facial recognition defeating, but it's a bunch of violent clowns.
And gait analysis has been more useful than facial recognition for over a decade irl. Once you add in uniquely identifiable cyborg hardware that can likely be checked through radio waves (bluetooth etc)? The only way you're under cover is counter hacks, someone helping you on the inside of the surveillance network, or them just simply having bigger fish to fry.
Man, you think I got this chromed with a ripper doc that doesn't scramble serial numbers? It costs extra and double during bag breathing hours but its worth every eddie, choom.
