I dream of a future when cars are banned and the only fat people in the world are people who want to be fat.

Minus the cars being banned ... people are not fat because they don't want to be. Being fat is a choice, it requires you to take in more calories than you expend. If you eat only what you need, you don't become obese. There is no magic food out there beating the laws of physics.

I walk a lot where I live and it's pretty great. I'm a little insufferably smug about it- "wow I walked 3 miles today. If I lived in the suburbs I probably would have walked 30 feet between car and parking"
