Those are all example of promises that Harris could have promised that do not require congress approval to show she is better than trump in the issue of Gaza

  • Recognize Palestine in the UN unconditionally
  • Call for Independent Probe to investigate israel war crimes
  • Enforce the "Leahy Law" Against more IDF Units
  • Label Settlement Products
  • Sanctioning Netenyahu
  • Re-sign Rome Statute and recognize the ICC
  • Harris could have unilaterally sent a new letter to the UN "re-activating" the U.S. signature to the status of rome
