I can't decide if this is a grapefruit hating joke or an "in this economy?" joke
It’s a “everyone is on some sort of antidepressant “ joke, at least to me.
Oh does grapefruit affect that? That sounds right now that I know that.
Affects a lot of medications, not just antidepressants.
A lot of psychoactive medicines will literally just kill you if you eat grapefruit lol.
In the one medication I know about, grapefruit prevents your body from filtering the medication out of your blood, eventually causing the levels in your blood to become lethal
