obviously someone doing an impression and referencing his old habit of playing 'john barron' to pseudonymously hype himself up given he'd never in a million years watch a low ratings network like CSPAN

but it would be extremely funny if it were true so i'n gonna accept it as canon anyway

The chances of it being Trump himself are slim, but it was an excellent impression of Trump trying to slightly change his voice.
