This app could potentially supplant Tik Tok overtime. As Tik Tok's censorship following it's acquisition by US investors such as Oracle, Silver Lake, and Abu Dhabi-based MGX, and UpScrolled already having questionable ethics, this may be the path forward.

I guess we should get rid of sweet foods as well, as people can get addicted to that and it can lead to obesity.

The major difference is that there's significant science backing up the claims that excessive sugar is unhealthy.

There's no such science about "social media".
