It doesn't take a lot of effort to avoid shooting unarmed black people either
It takes effort for a racist that joined a pig department to experience the joy of killing ethnic minorities to not shoot someone of an ethnic minority. They are also trained to protect themselves by asserting dominence in all situations and their hypervigilence can lead to rash decision making.
