Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.

Hello, Yes. I get that you are not the primary source of this image, but it's kind of a crime to ONLY show it folded out. We need to see how this looks when folded up. It's so glorious.

Certain things are mandatory. Folding device, ahem, alleged folding devices must be show in at least two configurations, open and closed. I don't make the rules.
