I don't deny aragorn has style. While he gracefully dances over it, the bar is pretty low here. Denethor was a lesser sire of greater men.

The man sent some of the city's only defenders into a battle he knew was unwinnable because he was throwing a temper tantrum.

Whether either of them is fit for leadership or has the rizz to do so, I say Down with all monarchies, embrace anarcho-syndicalist communes.
