- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

This is true - After they fired him, and told him to take a commercial flight home, this happened:
So they fired the guy, kicked him out, and then had to go get him back because these geniuses had forgotten that someone still had to fly them home.
Can you imagine that guy, stalking through the airport toward the Southwest desk to buy a ticket home with his own money, muttering angrily under his breath, when a bunch of ICE Apes roll up on him, and demand he return.
"Why?"
"You have to fly the plane home."
"I'm fired, remember? Go find someone else."
"There isn't anyone else."
"It's an airport, there are pilots everywhere! Go kidnap one, and force him to fly her."
"Yeah, that's YOU! You're coming with us, that's an order!"
"I'm fired, I don't take orders from anyone. And even when I wasn't fired, I didn't take orders from YOU."
"If you're looking for some trouble, you're going to find some trouble," and they all took a step closer, and slightly raised their weapons.
The pilot, trained to keep his head under extreme stress, didn't flinch, and said "Listen, boys, this is an easy problem to fix. If you want me to fly that plane so badly - make me an offer."
"Huh?"
"Make. Me. An. Offer."

Go ask your boss how much it's worth to her for me to enthusiastically fly her plane, or else I can fly my LAST flight as an unemployed, suicidal pilot, flying the psychopath who is FORCING me to work, like a slave. She's got an unlimited budget, go ask her what she'll pay "to deliver excellence.""
