Abdolutely, yes, only there.
You need to go back 15 years to an entirely different political climate to find a better trifecta, at which time we got decent climate legislation and the ACA which, again, 80% of elected dems wanted to better than the ACA. Before that, was 2 years under clinton which was last century.
