But, how are they different from jelly filled donuts? Other than in name, and that named product being temporally limited in availability?
The dough is (should be) different, with yeast and and other stuff. Some stores just make filled donuts and sell them as PΔ czki but there are many others that make them properly. I guess it depends on how large the Polish population in the area is
