Punching the cameraman wasn't stupid shit, though.
When you think about the consequences the kid will face for that, it absolutely is.
It wasn't even a good hit.
Right now the US is suffering from the consequences of not punching Nazis and look how well that's turned out.
Do you really want to use children as a the subjects of your social commentary?
Bro made his own social commentary.
I will always teach my kids to stand up for others and punch those that support Nazi beliefs.
You're doing the thing. You're leveraging video of children to make a point.
"Children" aren't some foreign species that lives in a vacuum, who only pupate into actual human beings the moment they hit 18. This line of thinking absolves them off all responsibility and parenting, often used by horrible parents to excuse their behavior because "they're just kids" (aka I completely failed to raise my kid and don't know what to do about it). And it's high school, not kindergarten. You're the weirdo for infantilising them.
Never suggested kids shouldn't face consequences for their actions. I just think it's weird that adults are sharing video of them in school and making commentary on it.
This shit should be nothing but the business of the kids, their parents, and the school.
You don't want videos of Nazis being punched to be shared. Curious
