Good safety razors are manufactured with low tolerances. A small difference in blade position or alignment can create a massive difference in the quality of your shave.

Their 34C model is quite popular and at $50 you will quickly make a return on investment if you were shaving with cartridges/disposables before.

You're paying for the manufacturing tolerances, consistency and their reputation.
