The fact that it's a Dodge Charger alone makes it a 50/50 chance

Probably also the fact that he was covering his face.

And maybe the criminal action of endangering someone who was blocking his path, by bumping him with his car.

Tbf, if someone started shouting "la migra" at me with a camera in my face, I might cover mine too despite not even working for the government at all. As much as everyone seems to want to become a meme these days I'd prefer not to, personally, and going viral over (what would in my personal case be) a false accusation while attempting to grocery shop isn't on my to do list today either.

I mean I'm not in a charger and I don't really look the part so in my case such an accusation is unlikely, and for sure 50/50 chance here just based on the charger lol, but the other 50% of that is still just "some dude who thinks chargers are cool," and that's just poor taste in cars. Though yeah not being worried about that assault charge is also a point towards "probably" in this one.
