So, the secret to getting away with awful crimes is quantity? Okay, good to know.
Think about speeding on a highway. If you're the lead car or the tail end, you'll get nabbed. But if you're in the pack, there's too many people to nab, so they let it go.
Then you narrow the roads and introduce curves.
Or you add lanes, widen the road, and keep it straightened.
Best i can do is add another lane.
And remove any pedestrian paths, bike lanes and grass verges to make way for the ever expanding amount of lanes. Heck, let's make the lanes wider too so drivers feel safer going faster next to other cars
