CEO's ~~wage~~ should be capped ~~to a Max multiple of the lowest paid worker. 10x, 20x,etc but still tied to their workers. If they want more money, pay the workers more~~.

You're not wrong, but if it's tied to the workers wage then there is incentive to increase their wage as well. At least until the next loophole is found, of course.

The problem is they would go full on moving to other sources of incomes as they already do for part of it today. You'd need to cap any form of incomes for it to work, that's much harder to do.  I don't think this is something that can be solved with current capitalism, sadly I don't think it'll change before it's too late.
