I don't get the meme, does anybody care to explain?
The picture is from the 1994 Bophuthatswana crisis, where white supremacists attempted to violently secede and create a white ethnostate in Bophuthatswana, but were killed in the process.
They got shot like dogs after murdering a bunch of random innocents
