I'm curious though how much vibe coding and AI mandates are responsible for the latest disaster of a patch. Or if they are all just results of disfunctional company culture.

the second, I think. I'm actually surprised we have no smoking guns on vibe coding in production at MS. Or even one guy saying "hell yeah we totally did."
