Yelling "Stop running!" at a person who is running away from you, 100% guranteed to work every time
They say it for court
"I told him to stop running"
Or as defense, like
"Stop resisting!"
While they're lying face down arms and legs out with a knee in their back/neck. So it sounds like the suspect is not doing what the cops is saying and can use excessive force or pain to subdue.
